How do you cook the turkey before adding it? I’m assuming just brown in in a pan, but do you add anything for flavor to pair well with the soup?

I also made your tomato soup with the chicken and I’m obsessed. Thanks!!

    • Mollie Mason says:

Hi Lauren, so glad you enjoyed the tomato soup! That means you’ll love this one as well!

And yes, I do just brown it in a pan with avocado oil and some spices like onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper and sometimes some paprika.

Hope you enjoy it! Let me know how you like it 🙂

  17. Ashley says:

Can you use the butternut squash and cauliflower rice from frozen, or should it be fresh or thawed?
