Chocolate Goddess Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Powders

From the Freezer

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 florets steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 frozen avocado

Instructions

  • Start by blending all the liquids with all the powders. This helps distribute all the powders equally.
  • Once those are mixed, add the frozen banana, cauliflower and avocado. Blend until evenly mixed. 
  • Spoon into a bowl and place your toppings.
